Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms cover your use of Aislehop's website and apps (the "Service"), run by Aislehop in Midland, Texas ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them.
What Aislehop does
Aislehop connects customers with independent shoppers who buy groceries and other items from local stores and deliver them. We are not a store, and we aren't affiliated with or endorsed by the stores shown in the app.
Your account
You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account. Give us accurate contact and delivery details.
Orders, prices and fees
- Item prices in the app may differ from shelf prices, and stores can change prices or run out of items. Your shopper may update a price to match the shelf.
- We show delivery, service, small-order fees and sales tax before you check out.
- If an item is out of stock, we follow the choice you made: best match, ask you, or refund. You're charged only for items you receive.
- We authorize your card when you order and charge the final amount when your order is delivered.
Problems and refunds
If something is missing, wrong or damaged, tell us through "Get help" on the order within 48 hours. We'll review it and may refund or credit you.
Tips
Tips are optional and go to your shopper.
Using the Service fairly
Don't misuse the Service, harass shoppers or staff, or try to get around payments. We may suspend accounts that do.
Shoppers
Shoppers are independent contractors, not employees of Aislehop. Separate terms apply when you apply to drive.
Limits of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we'll tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the new terms.
